1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 777plus ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 777plus website located at https://777plus.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any 777plus service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2 Eligibility

• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended 777plus account. Only one account per person is permitted.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on 777plus, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777plus Login credentials, including your username and password. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777plus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 777plus accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 777plus's discretion.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your 777plus account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 777plus does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 777plus reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the same name as the 777plus account holder.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are within ten (10) minutes for GCash and PayMaya; bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.
• 777plus reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Funds deposited into your 777plus account may not be transferred to other players or third parties.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

777plus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus or promotion is offered.

General Bonus Rules. The following general rules apply to all 777plus bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 777plus Platform — including slots, bingo, dice, circle prediction games, and live dealer tables — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

Random Number Generation. All non-live games on the 777plus Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are tested and certified by independent third-party laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of results.

Malfunction Policy. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777plus Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized tools to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 777plus staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777plus, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Platform Availability. 777plus does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. 777plus shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Maximum Liability. In any event, the total aggregate liability of 777plus to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777plus account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

777plus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
